About Breezy

Breezy has a goofy smile when she is happy. She is a great pet for the right someone, but she is not your fist dog. She needs a loving owner experienced with her breed. Breezy is a spayed female pit bull terrier/Labrador retriever mix born 3-10-2017. She is a medium sized dog weighing approximately 50 pounds. Breezy is a low to medium energy girl who enjoys a stroll around the block and a ride in the car with her friends. She has good manners and is just plain fun. With people, she is a submissive girl, who does best with gentle training and correction. She always wants to please! Breezy arrived at Lee Shore with 8 tiny puppies and has done a good job of raising them. Now it is her turn to find that special home. Could it be yours? She has been friendly towards her foster family and people she has met. Breezy can get along well with other dogs, and enjoys playing. However she is selective and also needs a slow warm-up to new dogs. Her play style is enthusiastic, so her playmate needs to be another strong dog. She should not be around small dogs or cats. She would not mind being the center of attention in a single dog home either!. Breezy can be protective of her people and of herself if there are strange dogs. Her desired home has loving people who will let her be the couch potato of her dreams, has a covered outdoor kennel run, and people who will keep her on a leash, in the house or out for air in a covered run. Breezy is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. She has knows basic obedience training. Breezy is spayed and up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and flea/tick meds. Breezy was heart worm positive and has had treatment. The adoption fee for Breezy is $250.
