About Achilles

Achilles is a very sweet dog, but just not the dog for me. He was originally going to be a service dog but has fear issues so had to be pulled from this line of work. He's very shy at first but once you take the time to let him warm up to you, he's very affectionate and a bit of a Velcro dog. A person or family with an active lifestyle who can give him at the very least an hour of exercise DAILY. Achilles is the perfect dog to go on a long hike with. He is good with cats, dogs, horses, and any small animal. He's good with children over 8, but smaller children stress him out and he'll usually go and hide. Known commands: Sit (lay) Down Circle (run a circle around handler) Leave it (he's very good at this one, I've even successfully placed treats on his paws and head and he didn't eat them) Place (go to selected area and stay until told otherwise) Mostly leash trained, but a little bit stubborn with pulling. -Other commands are service dog tasks- PLEASE ONLY CONTACT MY EMAIL, [email protected] SO I CAN SEND YOU THE ADOPTION FORM.
