If this picture doesn't break your heart the poor sweet girl story will bred so her puppies could be sold for money starved completely emaciated and dumped on the streets of NYC without her puppies. She is heartbroken and lost and so scared she is in need a loving family to fall in love with her and show her she is worth more then that and deserves so much better. She needs some major TLC to put some major weight on her and a lot of live to reassure her that all humans are not evil.
