SHILOH - A4120599 MCACC West Valley Animal Care Center - Phoenix, AZ Gorgeous young purebred chow boy 'Shiloh' surrendered to the Phoenix shelter. No aggression noted, he's just shy and scared but allowed exam. Does better with women, afraid of men more. He's been made Rescue only for now, and not adoptable directly from the shelter currently.
