Meet Buck!�%A0 Buck is a handsome young boy. He is intelligent, loving, and an affectionate dog. Buck is a Black Mouth Cur/Great Dane mix dog, approx 45 lbs & 1 year. He needs someone who is experienced with larger breeds& hunting dogs specifically with a gentle touch.He needs to someone that will be gentle, but firm with him.He needs someone�%A0who has time to dedicate to him as well, as well as having patience. He'd love to run and play in a large, fully fenced backyard. Buck can be cuddly as well! He is good with kids,but he is unaware of how big & tall he is.He may be a little too hyper and big for smaller children.He's good with other dogs, but he shouldn't be in a household with a smaller dogs or cats based on his high prey drive. He is overall loving and very sweet. Buck is an absolute cuddle bug.He has had�%A0a�%A0rough�%A0�%A0life, his past owner was neglectful & abusive to him. He never played with a toy growing up and was living outside on a chain his whole life.He had never been in a building,car, or kennel growing up. He is still adjusting to living indoors and getting attention.He�%A0would get beat and get shot at for barking. He is fearful of anyone that raises their voice because of his past.He is�%A0submissive & docile, but he loves to play. He is a playful pup and likes to have fun.�%A0He is house trained and needs help with crate training. He is excited to meet his new family in the PNW! He wants to find his happy new place. He is up to date on vaccines according to age, has received proper deworming, and comes with additional dewormer if needed. This pet is microchipped, spayed/neutered, comes with 6 months of Heartworm preventative, and one month free trial of pet insurance if registered by adopter with insurance company. All animals receive a health certificate (stating that a licensed veterinarian saw the pet and deemed it healthy for travel, but is not a promise of perfect health.) Our transports are USDA certified and the cost of transport is included in adoption fee!
