Patient is an adult dog with two large masses occluding the external canals of both ears, resulting in bilateral ear infections, significant sensitivity and calcification of both ear canals. Patient will likely require bilateral total ear canal ablations with biopsies of both masses and indicated follow up therapy. Patient also requires further dermatology work up of swelling around tail base and for diffuse urticaria (hives). Some concern that masses may be mast cell tumors that are degranulating.
