About Duke

This is duke! He is about 5 years old and full of love! I rescued him as a puppy where her was used as a bait dog, I have had him ever since then, unfortunately he has never learned to trust another dog, I feel as though his aggression is purely fear-based I unfortunately do not have the knowledge of how to help him the best. Which is why I'm reaching out here to try and do what's best for him. He is such a loving dog in is sweet to every person that comes into my home. And loves to cuddle and play fetch in the yard even though sometimes he forgets to bring the ball back. I feel as though he deserves so much more than I can give him. I have been turned away by every shelter in my area because of his breed and because of his occasional aggression towards other dogs. I am truly hoping that somebody will give him a chance, he's truly a wonderful dog he just needs more than I can give him.
