Cute bearded collie shag mix. Four years old, weighs 42 lbs, spayed, house trained, fine inside a house, rides well in a car. Loves water, swimming and fetching. Rides well in our lake boat. Can be nervous around new people and new situations. For that reason, best placed in a mellow adult home without children. She has lived with both large and small dogs. Gets along great with other dogs in public places. Does not do well in the long run with some small dominant dogs. Has not lived with cats. Sweet and loving disposition. Local home visit and adoption contract before placement. Adoption will be focused on finding a well-matched home rather than on a first come basis. Will take her in at anytime in her life should the new home not work out.
