About Phil

Poor sweet Phil...he has been handed down at least twice in his life thru no fault of his own- first his original owner became ill and could not take care of him, and his second owner fell onto hard financial times. When we picked up Phil she was being evicted and was desperate to get him into safety. This beautiful 11 year old boy with such soulful eyes is all love and kisses. Sadly when we got him he was so matted all we could do was shave him down but we know his beautiful coat will once again grow back. Phil gets along great with everyone, is well mannered and will make someone a GREAT companion...he just wants to be loved.
