Long-haired Chihuahua UTD, neutered Not good with children Jeffrey is about one year old, weighs ten pounds, and has tested negative for heartworms. He came to us after his owner passed away and is very scared, nervous, and nippy, but he seems to be potty-trained. He is slowly coming around, but we think he would do best in a home with older adults.
