About Karissa

Karessa came to us a few weeks ago from a very crowded shelter in Texas and went up to the Boulder Creek Academy in Bonners Ferry in foster care. She has been there entertaining and getting entertained by the teens at that academy as part of an animal training experience for them. This girl is part German shepherd and part something else, which we can only guess on. She is a pretty large girl of about 50 pounds and we think she is around 2-3 years old. She is very friendly and affectionate, walks well on a leash, and has done great at the school. Now she is looking for her forever home where she has her own family or person. She is spayed and chipped and fully vaccinated and ready to go. WE would love to have her in a home soon! Her fee is $200..
