Tilly is a young (18 month old) staffi female available to rescue only. She is in a NO WIN situation that is life threatening. Tilly's previous owner was negligent and let her out unattended. Tilly loves people and dogs her size, she has high prey drive so no small animals, including small dogs and cats . Children over 12 and a fenced yard would be best for her.
