We adopted Pharah in summer of 2018 from an SPCA in Florida. We were told that she had been returned to that shelter twice prior to us adopting her. When we brought her home, we discovered she was not house trained, had terrible leash manners and was just not very well trained in general. We moved to Tennessee with her in winter 2019, and in fall of 2020 our living situation changed drastically, and I am no longer able to properly take care of her. Pharah is mostly house trained, but she needs to have a pretty strict bathroom schedule, as she sometimes has trouble holding it in. She has A LOT of energy, so she really should be in a large house, preferably one with a big, fenced in backyard. We tried our best to improve her leash manners, and they got better for awhile, but she went back recently to pulling really hard, so you will need to work on that. She needs someone who can be home a lot, and pay lots and lots of attention to her. We do have another dog, and they get along relatively well, so she should be good with other dogs, although she might take some time to accustom to them, and she gets food aggressive so she MUST be kept separate while feeding or eating bones. I have never had her around children, so unsure how she behaves around them. Pharah LOVES fetch, puppacinos from Starbucks, and blueberries. She also loves car rides, but she gets afraid if the windows near her are open. She sucks on blankets to help her fall asleep. She's a huge sweetheart with an amazing heart but I cam not properly equipped to care for her. She needs, and deserves someone with a lot of time on their hands to give her all the attention she requires.
