About

Adoption Fee: $75
Bengal / Abyssinian
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Purrito Pawz is an adorable silver black brown white short hair female approx. 1yr. Her adoption fee is $75. She has been vetted, spayed and microchipped. She was found at 6mo old in the Lowe's parking lot crying for attention and food. Her savior brought her into her home with an older cat that she is not fond of. Older kids ok. Dogs? PETS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS. PLEASE GET HELP IF YOU CAN NOT KEEP A PET. MAKE THE EFFORT! IT'S A LIFE! After her adjustment period playing is her game. She will wear herself out and then its all about cuddle time. I would love to see her have a little playful buddy to zoom with and get her energy out on. She loves to talk and chirp at everything. She will sit for treats and toys, she loves her people and is extremely smart. She is super lovable and super rowdy. She is young and can play rough. When she gets too excited, she forgets that she has claws and may give love bites. This is when you use an interactive toy instead of hands. Hands are for love and if you use hands to play rough you ruin that hand bond. She loves to be smothered in kisses but she does have a limit. Just read her 'signs'. In her playful mood she can get overstimulated and puff her tail up as she is running through the house to show you how much fun she is having. She loves interactive toys like feather on a stick, shoe lace drag and laser lite as well as the Fling ama String and the $2 'cat dancer' toys. Fuzzy mice are fun too. She loves kitty treats and she has to have a tall cat tree sitting in front of the window with sun rays beaming in. For scratching purposes and because she loves to jump up high and explore. She is so full of personality. She will expect to share your bed cuddling with you under the covers or by laying on your chest. She has been free fed Purina Cat Naturals for Indoor Kitties quality hard food (quality meaning the first ingredient begins with meat) and gets up to a can of Fancy Feast morning and night. Below information is for preventative purposes'| Too many male AND female cats are getting the UTI - urinary tract infection and crystals in their urine. It's a blockage, it's painful and if ignored will lead to death. Vets say the hard food is at fault because it does not deliver enough liquids. It's simple to monitor. Just make sure there is at least one good size pee ball in the litter box a day. Kitty fountains are effective to help manage a cat's fluids. A diet of good quality canned food pate is better than dry food however there are some dry foods that are pH balanced and help maintain Urinary Tract - UT health like Blue Buffalo, Purina Pro Plan, Purina One UT health, Iams UT health. Cats/Kittens are an 18 year commitment! They need a cat tree, love and an inside home ADOPT Purrito Pawz FOR LIFE!
