Milo is a 2 year old male without papers. He is a reactive dog and will need a patient owner to continue working 1 on 1 with him with positive reinforcement training. He would do best in a home without young children. He does exhibit some aggression but he is mainly just a very protective dog. He does warm up to adults but at first is protective. He is a really sweet and playful dog.. still acts like a puppy. He is gentle, kind, and very loving. The reason we are rehoming is because we have a child and believe he is stressed out. We think he'd be best in a home without young children. He will eventually warm up to other dogs but he is leash and food aggressive. He would do best in a chow savvy home as he is a typical chow. He does need some dental work done that we cannot afford at the moment so that is why the rehoming fee is low. We are trying to get him in for a cleaning and evaluation before he is rehomed. We are willing to travel for the right family anywhere in Colorado and are open to possibly traveling as far east as Ohio since we have family there and in Chicago.
