Dahlia is super Sweet, has a fun personality, playful, very curious, very smart...did we say SWEET!?!? THE BASICS: Fully vetted, spayed. of course, UTD on all, healthy. Housetrained, knows basics, is in training. She has not been in the world. She needs Pei savvy Adopter. She will need patience.
