About Bailey-I need a foster

Bailey is a sweet cuddler happy to hang with her people. Looks like a standard dachsund from the neck down and a lab mix from the neck up, could have some pit bull in there as well, as many rescues these days do. Fairly young, housebroken. About 30 pounds. Arrived pregnant, had her babies and now needs to have her own life. Bailey is heartworm positive and will need a foster and/or adopter while she is treated and spayed (the rescue covers her costs during treatment). Bailey has fear issues with other dogs and needs to be the only dog (cats are unknown). Once her medical needs are finished (the heartworm treatment and the spay, she will be ready for adoption-foster has the first chance to complete adoption)If you have questions about the fostering period, please contact us. Dogs also have vaccines that are age appropriate, fecal check, treatment if needed, a vet physical, flea/tick treatment, All of our dogs will be microchipped. We are a non profit no kill 501 (c)3 rescue. Please understand that we do our best to describe our dogs but often we rescue them with virtually no information about them and often our best educated guess can be challenging.
