About Hank

Hank was picked up with 5 other dogs as a cruelty case. We had him out last week and he was still over stimulated with the environment. This week, he found his way in the play yard because he sat patiently in kennel and gave the volunteer the saddest puppy eyes he could muster (she called them the Puss'n'boots eyes). Once outside he sat for his love, posed for a few pictures, and soaked up some sun. He didn't react to cats when he was near them. We didn't test him with other dogs. The group of dogs that he was out with weren't super friendly though Hank didn't seem bothered by them one bit. We can dog test for interested adopter or rescue upon request. Hank is currently a resident at Vermilion Parish Animal Control. He will be vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped upon placement in an adoptive or foster home.
