About Harley

Harley is part of a 6 dog cruelty case. These dogs were left chained without food, water, or shelter. Harley was very nervous in the kennel and had to be carried out to the yard. Once he got comfortable, he was a bundle of energy and had the goofiest personality! He wanted to play with everyone he met and loved running circles around his handler! He and the other dogs of the cruelty case seem to have had very little socialization, so they can be a little over eager around new dogs. Harley needs some work on basic manners, and an outlet for his energy. Can you help Harley get a new leash on life? Harley is currently a resident at Vermilion Parish Animal Control.
