Earlier this year my family adopted a female adult dog from a Craigslist post. The owner told me that she was a little skittish but otherwise enjoyed children. This turned out to untrue. I have two rambunctious boys, and she does not like them. It is evident she was abused in her past life. I have tried several different techniques with her to try to help her heal from her past trauma but, she is miserable. And in turn it's making our lives miserable as well. ���� I simply WANT her to be happy, but she is not. Negatives: Extremely scared, skittish, snores, does not do well with other dogs, and digs. Positives: very sweet, house trained, well mannered, very smart, does great on leash, she can be around kids and is NOT aggressive towards them at all.
