About Percy

This beautiful boy needs a new home. His name is Percy and he is collie mix and is about 9months old. He is an indoor dog that needs to go outside and play alot. I will not take him to a shelter. We will keep him until someone wants him. He needs to be trained and played with every day. If you are looking for a snuggle couch dog, this is not the dog for you. So..my child decided we needed a dog since ours passed last Christmas. His co worker found this cute pup on the side of the hwy in OKC. They cleaned him up, tried to find his owner and kept him till they moved somewhere that doesn't take pets. Then my child brought him to live with us. Positives: He is super friendly to all creatures great and small. I have 9 kids still home that love to play with him. He is definitely a border collie mix and has all the wonderful characteristics of one. He is very smart. My kids have already taught him sit, stay, lay down. He is potty trained, chipped, neutered, doesn't shed much and up to date on shots. Other stuff: ���� He really loves to play catch and release with chickens. He loves to escape from the house and go visit the neighbors. He will be a great companion for someone who can spend time training him. Collies need attention. Lots of attention and a fenced in yard. We can give him attention but do not have a fenced in yard and my chickens free range. I am afraid he will run off and get hurt. I also think that having so many kids confuses him. He doesn't know who to follow or what the rules are. The picture doesn't do him justice. There are hints of black down his spine and on his tail.He really is beautiful.
