About Ned

Hi there, my name is Ned and I am being fostered in Wilmington, NC. I'm approximately 7.5-8 years old, and neutered, and I'm up to date on all of my vaccines! A Good Samaritan in Georgia helped me get into rescue, and I am ready for my forever home. I want to be your top dog, and enjoy when my human gives me all the attention. I would love if you were home a lot, so I can follow wherever you go. My left eye is a little cloudy, but it doesn't hold me back. Just makes me prefer dogs that aren't in your face. I am looking for a chill home and am crate trained. I am diabetic, and do receive insulin daily. It is super easy and my foster mom can show you!
