My name is Fritz and I'm looking for my forever home. My fosters think I'm an incredibly handsome boy. I'm an 8 year old, 66 pound, fawn and white boxer with a docked tail and 'old school' cropped ears. I can wiggle my docked tail with the best of them and bend into little horse shoes for attention. Currently, I live with 2 boxers and a cat and get along fine with all of them. I love to play in the yard and then go sleep by the warm fire. I have a lot of energy for an 8 year old but can appreciate the quietness and a nice nap. I love people and get very excited to see visitors. I travel well in the car but do need help getting in and out of the vehicle. I enjoy my private time and space, but will share a dog bed as long as I'm given room. I know basic commands and will sit and I also know what 'kennel up' means. I also will stay off of the furniture! I like sleeping in my crate (with the door open) or will sleep on my dog bed. There are dog beds everywhere here and I get to choose where I want to spend the day. My foster siblings have toy boxes and I can pick any toy I want to play with. I'm just starting to get the hang of playing with them and will chew on a nylabone or a huge rope occasionally. I'm a sweet, loving and easy going guy. I would love a forever home with someone in the family that has a lot of time to spend with me! A fur sibling my size to play with would be great too, although I can be an only dog.
