Fancy is about 2 years old and is 4.5 pounds and has a great personality however she seems to have separation anxiety. Fancy is deaf or hard of hearing. The vet believes she may hear some things. She would be best suited in a home with another dog and or with someone that is home most of the day with her. Fancy loves being with her humans and likes to sit on your feet to make sure you cant sneak away from her. FANCY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR OUT OF STATE ADOPTION
