About Rizzo

Im saddened and suprized that Riz is still waiting for a family shes been with me since July Ms. Rizzo is a beautiful 5yr old weimaraner who is looking for that one special person to devote her life to, preferably on a nice quiet acreage or farm somewhere. She loves to stay busy, but she isn't crazy about hunting(she is gun shy). Typical of her breed, she has a lot of energy and is very bright and easily worked with. She is a classy lady, so she likes to have her own space and can sometimes be posessive of her things, but she is fine with other dogs her size once she's been introduced. Strangers make her nervous as well, but she does warm up of given the time. She is not a fan of cats, and it needs to be said that she has only ever been a farm dog- so if you live in an apartment or you don't have a nice fenced in yard for her to patrol, Ms. Rizzo is probably not the right fit for you. She is an awesome dog with a LOT of love to give. She needs an experienced handler that can give her the safe and happy life she deserves.
