About OSCAR

Meet OSCAR! Oscar is a very sweet, playful, energetic and goofy boy. He loves chewing on bones, catching frisbees, chasing his tail, car rides, and going for runs on leash. He is very loving and wants to be close to his favorite people at all times. Oscar is an active boy and needs daily activity and exercise so he needs an active family that will exercise and play with him, throw his frisbee and take him for walks. If his energy needs are not met he can be demanding. He will bark, whine and climb up on you to get your attention and get you to play with him. Oscar does well in a fenced yard but if unsupervised he will jump the fence and go exploring, therefore, if his human is not present in the yard with him nd interreacting with him, he would have to be on a tie out . He loves playing with other dogs, but can be overly energetic and needs a confident playmate who can put him in his place if he gets too rough. Due to his energetic nature, he would be best in a home with teenaged children due to the possibly of knocking over younger ones. Oscar is a very smart boy that knows his basic commands & loves to please his person. Oscar is approximately 2 yrs old, weighs 57 lbs, is neutered, vaccinated, Heartworm negative, house trained and crate trained. He is going to make someone a wonderful companion.
