About Archie

Meet Archie a 2 1/2 year old red nosed pit bull. His past story is a mystery but he is ready to write his next chapter that is guaranteed to be a much brighter and happier one. Archie was discovered in a high kill shelter in Tx. He was just hours away from being euthanized when we were able to step in and pull him out just in time and bring him to Colorado. Archie needs his forever human. When he is with humans he is the happiest. He is quickly learning to trust humans again and relax, but he will cry when left alone-only for a short time then finds his way to the couch where he will cuddle up and take a nap. He like playing with his toys and now that he know about cookies, anxiously wait for one. He is learning to walk on a leash. Knows sit and no. He will just up as he get very excited to see people but calms down quickly. He is a very sweet boy who just wants to please and love someone who will be patient, understanding and give him that unconditional love that he some much want and so much deserves. This is one dog that shows you how grateful he is for being saved and giving him the opportunity to live his best life.
