About BABE & YOGI

*** BONDED PAIR !! *** 'Babe' (female) and 'Yogi' (male) are 1.5 yr old, 60-65 lb., Lab/Catahoula mixed pooches which we rescued from a high kill dog pound, where they were abandoned, stuck in a too small of crate together, and left until the pound opened in the morning. Babe & Yogi are best friends/bonded, and they are a delightful pair. Gentle, sweet, happy, calm, affectionate and kind, the duo is also alot of fun ! Babe is initially the more reserved and demur of the two, and Yogi follows her lead. Yogi is initially the more outgoing, and is very smart, and he doats on Babe. They are eager to please, very praise driven, easy on a leash/walk very well, and love to cuddle/snuggle. A very nice pair of dogs that is very easy to be around and care for. They could fit in virtually any home with ease and would do wonderfully in a family with sightly older kids (above 6 yrs old.) Babe is spayed, and Yogi is neutered. Both are de-wormed, current on vaccinations, on monthly heart worm preventative, crate-trained and house-trained. This rescue does not administer it's own vaccination shots. All of our rescued dogs' medical care has been administered by a licensed Veterinarian. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., pro-biotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
