About JUDGE

** AVAILABLE for adoption AFTER NOV. 24TH ** 'JUDGE' is a 2-3 yr old, 60 lb., wire-haired Labradoodle male who was owner surrendered to us due to lack of care (grossly malnourished). Judge is a sweet, super friendly, loving and kind boy who has a very 'baby-boy' personality with a wide-eyed wonder-of-the-world. He is very eager to please and deeply wants to bond, being your 'best boy'. Judge is outgoing to everyone he meets but sometimes forgets his size and tends to jump on smaller kids and knock them down. He loves being outside and loves water. Judge is not a fence jumper, but given the opportunity he will run, and fast! He is pretty good on a leash, and will only get better with repetition. Judge does well with other dogs and seems to do well with cats (terrorizes them a little but has never hurt one). He doesn't not like storms at all and will want to be inside with you during rain or thunder. Judge is an affectionate, fun-loving guy and would do best in an athletic family with children above the age of 6 yrs old. Judge has been de-wormed, is current on vaccinations, on monthly heart worm preventative, crate-trained and house-trained. (Judge is not yet neutered due to his previously malnourished condition, and should not be for another 2 months to assure vitality). This rescue does not administer it's own vaccination shots. All of our rescued dogs' medical care has been administered by a licensed Veterinarian. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., pro-biotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
