About Aurora

Aurora is a sweet happy girl that I temporarily took in to foster in an emergency situation, as my brother is no longer medically able to care for her. Aurora is an American Staffordshire Terrier with beautiful warm brown eyes who is 1 year and 1 month old, and weighs 46 pounds. She has a beautiful, smooth and glossy white coat with black-tipped ears and nose. Aurora has been crate-trained and potty trained. She is up-to-date on all of her shots, and is micro chipped and her original parent can change that password for you and transfer her ownership to you. She just went through her first heat a few weeks ago and has not yet been spayed but needs to be. Aurora is a very loving and affectionate dog who loves hugs and pets. She is energetic, loves to play, knows basic commands and has a quick learning ability. Aurora's favorite place to go is the dog park where she loves to run, play, and chase sticks, balls and frisbees. Due to my brother's illness Aurora has had limited socialization, other than playing with my dog since she was 8 weeks old, and dogs she meets at the dog park. Aurora is a little scared when she first sees a strange dog and will do a low growl but she does not, and has never bared her teeth, never bit or never lunged at anyone. Once Aurora is introduced and has a chance to sniff the other dog, she will start wagging her tail and want to play. I am hoping to find Aurora a forever home where she has room to run around and loving puppy parents that can give her the love and attention she deserves. Aurora comes with her kennel, food bowls, blankets, toys, treats, any food we have left for her, and paperwork.
