About Sparky

Sparky is a wayward wanderer that was rescued by a caring older couple that took him in. They were unable to locate his owner and surrendered him to us after months passed by without success. Sparky is a sweet male Chihuahua mix estimated to be about four years old. The folks that surrendered Sparky said he was the perfect house guest during his stay. He's a calm, easy going pup that just wants to be your buddy. Sparky would prefer a home where someone is home most of the day. This friendly little fellow gets along well with children and dogs. He warmed right up to the other dogs at the shelter; both big and small. If you own a cat, we can test his compatibility for you. Sparky is housebroken and will need a fenced in yard to keep him safe. Other than a daily walk, he doesn't require much exercise. Sparky is perfectly content lounging around the house with you all day. He is very affectionate and loves to snuggle. Sparky is a precious pup you're going to treasure.
