About Tora

Tora is a 4-year old Patterdale Terrier (was not listed as a choice on this web site) with a docked tail who weighs 30 lbs. Tora is up to date on vaccines, micro-chipped and spayed. She is house-trained. This pretty girl enjoys going for long walks and does well on the leash. She likes to snuggle up next to her human and get petted. She likes to watch life go by from a large window. Tora is a quiet dog who likes things on the more calmer side. She would do best in a home without small children. She seems to do well with other smaller dogs at her foster home. We have no history of her with cats. But since Patterdale Terriers are a hunting breeds she would do better in a home without cats. It was reported by Tora's previous owner that she can get a little bit over-excited while playing and rough-housing and has nipped her owner in the arm causing a minor bite. She has not exhibited that behavior at her foster home at all. She has been nothing but gentle and sweet with her Foster Mom. Because Tora is such a calm dog who brings much comfort to her humans, she would make a great emotional support dog to someone. She is truly a wonderful companion to someone who likes to take their dog everywhere with them. Tora is a true love bug.
