** TO BE EUTHANIZED ** MUST CONFRIM PLACEMENT BY 12PM TUES 11/10 $500 STIPEND* MACC | handsome man Grey is not thriving in the shelter environment but with the right work may be successful in a home! INTAKE DATE: 10/21/2020 He was so lost. But we don't know why. Did he get out of his house without his parents knowing? Did he get dumped in the street? GREY is so gorgeous, all 100 lbs of him! He seems to have been well cared for, but somehow he ended up at Fort Tryon Park off Broadway Ave, scared and alone and wishing he was home. Now this big guy who is more cowardly lion than big, brave, boy, is sitting curled in a ball in his kennel trying not to make eye contact, not letting anyone near him, and wishing this nightmare he has found himself in would end. And it will, but not the way he hopes, unless an experienced foster or adopter takes a chance on him and gives him a place to go so his life can be saved. The shelter is no place for a scared family pet who has lost their way, and soon poor Grey will end up on the list if we can't find him a family to love. If you are an experienced foster or adopter in a home with no young children who is looking to help a poor, sweet soul who desperately needs a friend, please hurry and MESSAGE OUR PAGE or EMAIL US at [email protected] to save Grey's life.
