Cher has a 'sonny' personality and adores meeting new people and spreading cheer and happiness. Cher enjoys long walks and exploring her neighborhood. She has a playful personality and adores children. Cher has made plenty of doggie friends at her foster home, but really is looking for her own family and home. IF THIS DOG IS STILL LISTED, IT IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE BUT MAY HAVE A PENDING APPLICATION WE ARE PROCESSING. Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with locations in Texas, Washington and Oregon. All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to our Washington and Oregon locations for placement in their adoptive families. Our $450 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas).
