Scruffy alert! Meet Cotton - one of the sweetest little momma dogss we've had in a long time. Cotton is adorably cute and has a wonderful, caring personality to match. Cotton loves people and enjoys spending her time with her foster family. She is active and seeks attention from her family. She loves to be pet and loved on. Cotton easily makes other doggie friends and adores kids. Cotton will be a great addition to your family. IF THIS DOG IS STILL LISTED, IT IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE BUT MAY HAVE A PENDING APPLICATION WE ARE PROCESSING. Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with locations in Texas, Washington and Oregon. All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to our Washington and Oregon locations for placement in their adoptive families. Our $450 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas).
