Miss Rose is quite the looker and such a sweet girl who is special needs. Rose is deaf and has a condition called 'cerebellar disease' which causes her to have an abnormal gait, a broad based stance, swaying, and a head tilt. None of this slows her down and doesn't require any treatment or medication at this time. Rose does great with other dogs, is house broke and good with kids. She would do best in a home without cats. Rose has been in foster care for over 2 years now and would love nothing more than to have a home to call her very own.
