About Pennywise

Pennywise is ready to be your fun Christmas elf!! He is a 5-6 year old Terrier mix weighing about 25 pounds. He is deaf but does respond to very loud noises that are close to him. He is learning signs and has learned come and sit. He will look to you often for visual clues and guidance. He is a big snuggler, likes to take walks, and has done well with the other 2 dogs in the house. True to his terrier nature he does have a prey drive but can be corrected. He is house trained, crate trained ( although we do not crate him bc he is so good), UTD with shots, neutered and ready to fill your house with love! He is fostered in Lancaster. This boy will make a wonderful addition to any family willing to give a little extra effort! We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
