About Angus

He is a very affectionate, loyal, very high energy dog, who likes to be near his humans. He needs a home where he gets plenty of exercise every day and has a clear pack leader. He might enjoy agility. He loves to run and is very fast, and loves to climb the embankments near my house. He showed up at my house in the country with no collar and is in excellent health according to the vet. My dog is older and wants to be an only dog, so he needs to find his forever home. He seems very devoted to his human and protective of my home. He is wary of strangers but warms up when introduced. I'm looking for someone with plenty of space for him to run and/or time to help him get exercise, who will treat him well and who understands what the breed needs to be happy, using positive training methods. He seems to need a clear pack leader and clear communication, but wants to please and loves to snuggle. He wants to be a lap dog!
