About Earl

Earl is an amazing little guy. He is about 2 years old and 43 pounds, which makes him the perfect medium size. His green eyes are mesmerizing as he pays close attention to his surroundings, and his expressive eyebrows, pink nose, and fluffy tail wrap up the one of the kind package for this tender hearted guy. Earl had a rough start in life coming out of a hoarding situation in which he was not well cared for or socialized. But dogs' resilience is amazing and even though he thinks twice before trusting somebody, he is ready to put his past behind him. He has been in an amazing foster home over the last 3 months and has made great strides in his socialization skills. He is fully leash, crate, and house trained and does great with other dogs. He is still shy and nervous around new people, but has bonded with his foster mom, so we know he can trust given time and patience. He loves snuggling on the couch, a soft bed, good food and going for walks. Most everything is a new experience for him so patience is vital.
