About Ivy and Riley

Please read entire description. Ivy and Riley are in desperate need of a spot. They are not great with other dogs and do not have experience with younger children. They are not good with cats. These girls are quickly approaching the deadline of losing their home on November 1st and we honestly don't know what happens after this if we can't help them. Ivy and Riley are 3 year old sisters in need of a new home. These girls have the same mother who is a Bernese Mountain Dog. Ivy's dad is a lab/pit mix and Riley's dad is a Shepherd mix. They are 3 years old. About a year ago, they found themselves in need and were passed to a co-worker. They love the girls and want to find a good home for them. They have kept their cats separated since day 1 and now they have more dire circumstances that make rehoming the only choice. Ivy and Riley weighs about 55 pounds and are spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm tested. Ivy is more outgoing and Riley is more shy. Together, they do well and play with each other, snuggle, and get along well. They do not do well with other dogs and cannot live with cats. They have not had experience with children. Therefore, we would like to see them in a home with kids over 10 simply due to their inexperience. Ivy and Riley are both housetrained and cratetrained. They sleep in their crate at night and when owners are away. They are a bit nervous in thunder storms but being home with them and leaving on the TV helps immensely. These pups would love a fenced yard! Ivy is a fan of playing with Tennis Balls.
