About Major

Major is a five-year-old pure bred bullmastiff. We have had him since he was eight weeks old, and I love this dog like family. He has the funniest goofiest personality and is very expressive. He will make eye contact like he's a person. He is relatively low energy but does love to go for walks and play fetch in the backyard. He has done well with our other small male dog, but does not like other strange male dogs so I would encourage only to go to a home with a female dogs or no dogs. The reason we are rehoming is that he bit our three-year-old son. We know that our toddler is extremely rough on him and major deserves better. He seems to be stressed around young children and would do much better with older kids and adults. We have had cats and never had an issue. He does have severe allergies and has to be on decent kibble and a few supplements so he does take a little bit extra cost to feed.
