Bakersfield Shelter, Bakersfield, So Cal http://petharbour.com/pet.asp?uaid=KERN.A1107703 This adorable pup is an owner surrender ... per the shelter, their officers were called out to do a welfare check and noticed there were multiple dogs on premises that were not in the best of conditions. They took all 4 dogs to the shelter on 10/23 - it is believed they are all about the same age and related. HOPPY is believed to be a 2 yr old spayed female Lab/pocket pittie mix and weighs 28 pounds. Here are the notes from the behavior team regarding the 4 dogs that came in together (ID's listed above): 'None of these dogs want to be leashed, but are fine once once on. Still need to be socialized better with people and dogs. None of these dogs were aggressive. The only dog that is not in the video is Teardrop as she kept snapping at all the dogs.'We have videos if you are interested in viewing them.
