About Robbie

Strong, handsome, and loving, Robbie needs a special home. He was found as a starving stray, trying to shelter under an old vehicle. Not only was he hungry and scared -- he is deaf. The loss of hearing is from an inner ear condition that also causes Robbie to hold his head at a tilt and walk a little off balance. Poor Robbie, abandoned when he could no longer hunt. But Robbie has so much love to give. Despite his handicap, he adores walking and running, and would be an excellent exercise buddy! And he LOVES belly rubs! Robbie's crate trained and (almost!) housebroken. He's great with people and other large dogs, although his big size makes him scary to little pets. His ideal home would have a big fenced yard and another big dog to play with! Can a dog find love, even if he's imperfect? Robbie hopes the answer is YES! Adoption fee $150.00. Included in Adoption: All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated - Da2pp, Bordetella and Rabies, tested for HW/Lyme, dewormed and started on HW/Wormer monthly prevention (Interceptor Plus), and treated for flea/tick control (Advantix).
