About Jordan

Welcome Jordan to CCPAL Rescue. He is a 4-month-old puppy. He is a German Shepherd mix pup. He has big foot pup so should be 50 pounds full grown. He is more of the laid-back personality and is more submissive than his brother. He is playful and fun but can chill out and sit around and relax. He is a smart boy so someone who has had a Shepherd or smart breed would be his best home. He whines some but isn't a big barker on the vocal scale at the rescue so if he gets enough activity, exercise and mental stimulation he will remain this way as an adult. A nice gentle touch in his training is what is needed. He is less food motivated than his brother so he would work for treats or affection. You should have some time on your hands if you adopt a puppy. He would be a great family pet and we think Jordan would love another more confident companion animal to pal around with in his new home. Someone gone 12 hours a day would not be his best home. He came from the Animal Control Facility in Lockhart. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Wisconsin, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 185.
