About Dude

Meet Dude! This sweet and silly beagle/ basset hound mix is 6 years old and would love to be your shadow. He's super easygoing, house trained, as well as crate trained. The shelter where he came from in Tennessee said he was selected to be the office dog and was the best dog at the shelter and it's easy to see why, He's awesome! Dude is a bit overweight at 44 pounds, but still loves to take walks almost as much as he likes to take naps. His other favorite things are car rides and simply snuggling up for belly rubs. He loves pretty much anyone and everyone, including kids, and always wants to be around people. If you're looking for an awesome dog, Dude might be for you! Our standard adoption fee is $375 cash or check and $385 credit card ($10 processing fee). . It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping.
