About Bodhi

Sometimes the best gifts come in small packages, Bodhi is a small ginger tabby who's a true companion lap cat, a gentle soul and loyal friend who loves giving bear hugs and face rubs which are his specialty! A true snuggle bug who loves attention and comes running when he sees you and will even go on walks with you. He'll purr like a motorboat and goes into a trance when he's getting his full attention and rub down. His grooming and sleeping positions are only fit for 18 yrs old and above! They should make wonderful calendar photos each year or Facebook memes. Though if he doesn't know you he can be a bit shy, but he's not territorial nor aggressive, he's adaptable and is willing to accept other cats and has shown the ability to do the same with dogs if they're friendly once given time to acclimate with each other. Bodhi has a love for life and playtime, but that also means chasing squirrels and lizards if he's outdoors so you might want to distract him, though it's always an exercise in futility when it comes to squirrels! He has a full life ahead of him and loads of love to give, he just needs someone to give it to, showing love is about as important to him as receiving it. He would do well with other friendly animals in the house except for pet birds, or an active household but would also do well in a home where he gets the full course treatment of attention from his favourite person. Bodhi was found homeless, hungry and scared during the early pandemic while just a few months old and he's now about 1 yr old. and still looking for his furever home.
