About Page, Adopted

'Hi my name is Page, named after Page Arizona! My foster-mom is from Arizona so she has a theme with naming her fosters after cities within her home-state which I think is pretty cool. They say I'm about 2 years old! My foster-mom says I act like it, not sure what that means but I like to run and play with my foster-brother. I wasn't sure about him at first but now we're pals! But there are times where I just like to be alone in peace and quiet and snuggle with my foster-mommy. She says I'm the BEST snuggle bug! So now you know that I'm named after an awesome city, I love playing, snuggling and OH! Almost forgot the most important thing... I LOVE treats!! Any kind! That's the key to my heart(3 Well that's enough for now, I hope I get to meet you soon!! Page is really the sweetest little girl. She was found as a stray and was turned into the shelter. When she came into LBR's care, she was full of ticks. Dozens and dozens were removed from her. She was seen by the vet and luckily she didn't catch anything from those icky ticks. However, Page is heartworm positive. She will have to undergo HW treatment which takes 30 days. She cannot start HW treatment until after she recovers from getting spayed (on 10/21). If I were to estimate on when she would be available for Meet & Greets/Adoption, I would say not until the first or second week of December. I know that's almost 2 months away but she will be worth the wait. She is just wanting someone to love on, she has so much to give.
