About Abbey

Abbey is a 1 year old, 45 pound American Pit Bull Terrier and Doberman Pinscher mix. She recently joined AAHA so we will update as we get to know her better. But, out of the gate we can't ignore her lively 'spark' and those EARS!!! She is an energetic girl who enjoys brisk walks and investigating her surroundings before showing off the commands she seems to be familiar with: Sit, stay, heel! Abbey is looking for a supportive environment where she can create a trusting bond with her humans and also cultivate socialization skills. She is strong on the leash but, through consistency and activity, Abbey is quickly responding to training with AAHA volunteers. One-on-one, Abbey will lean-in for a good rubdown, and pay you with little kisses.
