About Pickles

Meet Pickles! Pickles is a 2 year old, 30 pound Corgi Terrier mix! He was surrendered due to a change in his mom's and dad's work schedule. When you first meet him he is very shy, but he warms up quickly. Once he knows you Pickles is very friendly and loves to be wherever you are, inside or out. This fuzzy lowrider is every bit of a wanna-be lap dog and he would love to sleep with you at night on the big bed! Pickles loves water, gets along with all size dogs, and we were told he was fine with kids in his original home. He has not been around cats that we are aware of. Pickles is high energy and his new home should have another dog for him to play with and a fenced in yard so he can run around and burn off some of his energy. He is mostly leash trained but pulls when walking (so many things to see!) so a harness would be best for walks. He barks when crated but he doesn't need to be kenneled--he is well-behaved in the home and house trained! Pickles is up to date on shots, neutered, heartworm negative, and microchipped with a lifetime registration. If you are looking for a loyal, happy, active dog Pickles is the one for you!
