This can be found at www.waldosmuttleycrew.org. Select the Applications tab, then Adoption Application. THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED BEFORE WE CAN START THE PROCESS. It can take up to a week to process an application. We are an all-volunteer rescue so please be patient. Our adoption area is limited to a 4 hour radius of Indianapolis. We try our best to provide all information in our bios. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask during the interview process. Some of our dogs have special requirements such as needs another dog in the home or requires a physical and permanent fenced yard. These requirements are not negotiable. Unless otherwise noted, we do not cat test our adoptable dogs. We also require that all pets in your household be spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and on a monthly heartworm/flea preventative. E-MAILS: We do not respond to e-mail inquiries without an application. We regret that we cannot respond to every e-mail unless you fill out an application. All the dogs we offer for adoption have been spayed/neutered, wormed and microchipped, are up-to-date on immunizations, have been tested for heartworm and are currently receiving a monthly preventative. Ensley is an absolute sweetheart! She's an 8 month old pointer/lab girl who currently weighs about 55 lbs so will top out about 65 lbs fully grown. She's very submissive with people & dogs and gets along with everyone she meets. Ensley is playful & fun-loving without being overly obnoxious as some puppies can be. Because she does enjoy rough housing and running with all her canine companions so much, we will require that her new home have a young, playful doggy friend for her as well as a fenced in yard. Ensley is a little shy initially but warms up quickly; she was a stray who ended up at a shelter. She smiles when she's making new friends and quickly endears herself to all she meets. You can't help but fall in love with this gentle girl! Ensley's adoption fee is $250; she's spayed, microchipped and current on vaccinations as well as monthly heartworm/flea preventative.
